About The Position

The Overnight Stock Clerk stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food; ensures merchandise is fully stocked, clearly labeled, and properly signed; and helps maintain a neat, clean, and organized club. The role includes handling damaged or spoiled products according to company policies, completing general housekeeping, and supporting other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Team members are expected to follow club policies, procedures, and compliance requirements; work collaboratively and respectfully; maintain a friendly, positive attitude; and support a safe and positive environment for members and coworkers. The role also includes providing service excellence, addressing member concerns, and contributing to daily GOLD Member and Club Standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

• Big box or wholesale retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage, create labels or apply sales tags, and ensure product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Work as a team to deliver daily GOLD Club Standards and support a safe, positive member experience.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
