About The Position

The Overnight Stock Clerk stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked, clearly labeled, and properly signed. The role also helps maintain a neat, clean, and organized club by performing housekeeping duties and removing trash and cardboard. Team members follow club policies and procedures, support a safe and positive environment, provide service to members, and work collaboratively to meet daily club standards. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• May need to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance.
• Previous grocery or stock experience preferred.
• Big-box or wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage and create labels or apply merchandise sales tags.
• Ensure product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized; perform general housekeeping, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Work with the team to meet daily GOLD club standards and help provide service excellence to members.
