About The Position

The Stock Associate is a part-time role focused on moving merchandise from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The associate maintains an organized, efficient Stockroom and supports Salesfloor operations and guests as needed. The role emphasizes AEO brand standards, attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety, Asset Protection, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and complete replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising accurately and promptly.
• Keep merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures organized in the Stockroom.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to address them.
• Assist team members with non-stock tasks and help guests on the Salesfloor as needed.
• Follow safety standards, Asset Protection standards, and AEO policies and procedures.
