About The Position

As a part-time Stock Associate and brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You maintain AEO brand standards, keep the Stockroom organized and productive, and support the team and guests on the Salesfloor when needed. You represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work.

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with good priority-setting and time-management skills.
• Have flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Prior stock-related work experience is listed as a preferred qualification.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and complete replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising effectively and on time.
• Keep the Stockroom efficient and productive by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, make a plan, and take action to address them.
• Support fellow team members with non-stock-related tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Prioritize safety in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
