About The Position

The Stock Associate is a part-time stock brand Ambassador responsible for moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role focuses on maintaining AEO Brand Standards, keeping the Stockroom organized and productive, and supporting the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. The associate represents AEO values and follows safety, Asset Protection, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with priority-setting and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock-related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and move product to the Salesfloor in a timely and effective manner.
• Replenish merchandise, complete markdowns, and support merchandising.
• Keep merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized in the Stockroom.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and help plan and implement solutions.
• Assist team members with non-stock-related tasks and help guests as needed.
• Follow safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, as well as Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
