About The Position

The Stock Associate is a part-time brand Ambassador who moves merchandise from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role focuses on maintaining AEO Brand Standards, organizing and operating the Stockroom efficiently, and supporting the team and guests on the Salesfloor when needed. Associates represent AEO values and are expected to bring their authentic selves to work.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including priority-setting and time management.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock-related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and complete replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising effectively and on time.
• Keep the Stockroom efficient and productive by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to address them.
• Help team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Prioritize safety in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, follow Asset Protection standards, and comply with AEO policies and procedures.
