About The Position

The Stock Associate is a part-time brand Ambassador responsible for moving merchandise from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role maintains an organized and efficient stockroom, identifies merchandising opportunities, and supports teammates and guests on the salesfloor as needed. Associates are expected to represent AEO values, follow safety and asset protection standards, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Priority-setting and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments, replenish merchandise, complete markdowns, and merchandise products effectively and on time.
• Keep the stockroom efficient and productive by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to address them.
• Help teammates with non-stock-related tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Follow safety standards in the stockroom and salesfloor, comply with Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
