Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)
About The Position
The Stock Associate is a part-time stock Brand Ambassador responsible for moving product from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role emphasizes AEO brand standards, attention to detail, organization, and keeping the stockroom efficient and productive. Associates may also support the salesfloor and guests as needed, while representing AEO values and following safety, asset protection, and company policies. Aerie is a lifestyle brand offering intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim collections. Its AerieREAL movement promotes body positivity and empowerment, and its Real Good promise includes products made with recycled polyester, recycled nylon fabric, or sustainably sourced cotton.
Requirements
- Passion for AE and Aerie products.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with priority-setting and time-management skills.
- Flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Previous experience in a stock-related role is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Process shipments and move product to the salesfloor in a timely and effective manner.
- Replenish merchandise, process markdowns, and support merchandising in accordance with brand standards.
- Keep the stockroom efficient and productive, organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
- Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to address them.
- Help team members with non-stock-related tasks and assist guests as needed.
- Follow safety standards in the stockroom and salesfloor, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and comply with AEO policies and procedures.
