About The Position

BYLT is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Stock Associate to maintain store stock levels, organize products, and help keep the store orderly and appealing. The associate will also serve as a product expert, educating and assisting customers with finding products for any occasion. The role includes receiving and organizing merchandise, monitoring inventory, checking shipments and product condition, and supporting customers and the store team. Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and organize and stock products on racks and displays so they are accessible to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
• Ensure items have accurate pricing tags and signage.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition, and report discrepancies or damage.
• Regularly inspect, remove, or rotate store inventory according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
