About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a Retail Associate who is customer-service oriented and passionate about people. The associate serves as a brand ambassador and product expert, educating customers and helping them find products for any occasion. The role supports sales, customer service, store presentation, transactions, security awareness, and inventory. The position may also include other job-related duties as assigned. Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Cash-handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a strong customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to company guidelines.
• Notify clientele about current promotions and merchandise that may interest them.
• Respond to customer questions and handle customer concerns courteously and professionally.
• Process payments using cash, gift cards, store credit, and credit or debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
