About The Position

The Stock Associate is a part-time brand Ambassador responsible for moving merchandise from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role maintains an organized and productive Stockroom, identifies merchandising opportunities, and supports the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Associates represent AEO values and follow safety, Asset Protection, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with prioritization and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability to move product early in the morning, late in the evening, and on weekends.

• Previous experience in a stock-related role.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments, replenish merchandise, execute markdowns, and merchandise products effectively and promptly.
• Keep the Stockroom efficient and productive by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to address them.
• Support fellow team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Follow safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, along with Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
