About The Position

As a Stock Associate, you help keep store operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You receive and replenish products efficiently on the sales floor, maintain an organized stock room, package customer orders promptly, and assist with other tasks as needed. The role supports an inclusive, collaborative team focused on product passion and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, innovate, and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining an organized stock room.
• Learn and use store shipment systems and comply with merchandise handling guidelines.
• Maintain presentation standards and act in a manner aligned with brand values.
• Support the store team in exceeding selling and customer service expectations.
• Replenish products on the sales floor and package customer orders promptly.
• Assist with other tasks as required.
