About The Position

Parts Authority is a national distributor of automotive replacement parts, tools and equipment, and transmissions. The Stock Associate stocks merchandise on store shelves and helps maintain a neat and orderly store and warehouse. The role includes receiving and placing merchandise, checking inventory, assisting with parts retrieval, and addressing warehouse stocking and order issues. Candidates should be career-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with warehouse safety measures.
1–2 years of stocking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores and place it in the proper shelf locations.
Check off merchandise as received.
Correct errors found on inventory count sheets.
Assist with pulling parts during busy periods.
Clean the interior and exterior of the warehouse.
Work with the stock manager to address problems with orders.
Resolve problems with how the warehouse is stocked.
Complete miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned.
Maintain and promote workplace safety.
Secure and transfer cash or other assets.
