About The Position

The Stock Associate keeps product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role focuses on maintaining AEO brand standards, keeping the Stockroom organized and productive, and identifying merchandising opportunities. Associates may also support the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed while representing AEO values.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and replenish, mark down, and merchandise product effectively and on time.
• Keep the Stockroom running efficiently and productively; organize merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to address them.
• Help fellow team members with non-stock-related tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Prioritize safety in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
