About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is seeking a Steward to join its Stewarding Team. In this role, you help keep kitchen and dining areas clean while supporting memorable guest experiences through hospitality. The property has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and four food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

• Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils; scrub pots and pans; and burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels and keep supplies and equipment well stocked and organized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including mopping and trash removal.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor new stewards to strengthen team performance.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
