About The Position
Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is hiring a Communications Operator to join the Front Office Team. The role supports guests by handling incoming telephone calls and delivering prompt, professional, friendly service that creates memorable experiences. The operator maintains current knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operations; relays accurate information to appropriate teams during emergencies; and uses the PBX system, computer applications, and other technology in daily operations. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest calls and inquiries with an upbeat, friendly attitude.
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operations.
- Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations.
- Use the PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations.
