About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is seeking a Public Area Attendant to join its Housekeeping Team. The attendant maintains the cleanliness and upkeep of designated hotel public areas while providing warm, responsive service to guests. The role also supports guest room cleaning and service requests as needed and performs periodic deep-cleaning projects.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Clean designated public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Dust and polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors, shampoo carpets, wash windows, and empty trash.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and promptly resolve service requests.
• Assist with guest room cleaning and fulfill service requests when needed.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
