About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is seeking a Houseperson to join its Housekeeping Team. The role supports a luxury, Forbes 5-Star and AAA 5-Diamond hotel with 170 rooms, banquet space, and multiple food and beverage outlets. The Houseperson helps keep designated hotel areas clean and well maintained while providing warm, helpful service to guests and supporting housekeeping operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in designated public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning projects, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
• Identify and report repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
