About The Position

The Steward maintains a clean, organized kitchen and dish area. The role properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, operates dish stations, and stores kitchenware. The position also supports food-delivery storage and maintains trash and floors throughout each shift. Two openings are available: one with open availability Monday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and another with open availability Monday through Sunday from 2:00 PM until close. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour. The employer conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle checks, and criminal background checks. Requirements

Must be able to work long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED is a plus but not required.
Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean kitchen and properly wash and sort soiled dishes.
Keep the dish area free of clutter and organized.
Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
Maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift.
Wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers properly.
Change machine and sink water every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and use chemical dilutions specified by EcoLab.
Assist with timely storage of food deliveries.
Maintain trash cans throughout the shift and remove full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift.
Follow the posted daily dish-cleaning duties.
