About The Position

The Steward supports the culinary team and helps keep kitchen operations clean, organized, and efficient. The role includes washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; maintaining the kitchen and dishwashing area; assisting with food preparation and plating as needed; and properly handling and storing food and supplies. The Steward follows food safety and sanitation guidelines and collaborates with team members to maintain a smooth workflow. This position calls for a positive, energetic attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 25 or more pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
