About The Position

The Steward cleans, transports, and stores china, glassware, and silverware. The role also maintains cleanliness in kitchen areas and the back dock.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, set up the dish machine, wash dishware, and sort and store clean china, glassware, and silverware using proper procedures.
• Empty trash cans and wash them inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean the dock area and dumpster.
