Requirements
- Ability to perform each essential duties satisfactorily.
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity.
- Must have the physical stamina to lift, carry, push and pull moderate amounts of weight up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work flexible schedule and various shifts, including but not limited to, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
- You have a talent and commitment to service excellence and creativity.
- You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
- Attention to detail is critical for this role.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the dishes, flatware, pots and pans and prep areas.
- Scraping food from dirty dishes, washing them by hand and/or placing them in racks or in conveyor to dishwashing machine.
- Washes pots, pans, kitchen tools and trays.
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, banquet service areas and hallways.
- Fulfilling special guest requests involving kosher dishes, specific preparation and set-up of items and special occasions.
- Reporting and working with other positions to correct imperfections and blemishes.
- Communicating with other departments and extended hotel team to ensure alignment.
