These new outlets will showcase a variety of culinary concepts and elevated cocktail moments enhanced by live entertainment. • English is the primary language used in our hotel. Our Hosts must feel comfortable communicating in this language.
• You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• Attention to detail is critical for this role.

• This requires flexibility from everyone on the team.

Responsibilities

• Getting to know our guests, building relationships and institutional knowledge that elevate every visit. This includes ensuring our guests receive nothing but the best experience across both The Lobby Café and Hotel Bar.
• Anticipate needs, build genuine rapport, and ensure that knowledge is shared seamlessly with the relevant teams before it even needs to be asked.
• Greet, escort and seat guests with warmth and intention.
• Manage reservations across both outlets, conducting confirmation calls, and maintaining the online reservation system with accuracy, adding, modifying, removing, and confirming bookings as needed.
• Have a sharp eye for anything that falls short of that standard and work closely with the team to address it swiftly.
• Liaise across outlets, departments and the extended hotel team to ensure seamless alignment and represent both venues with grace every time they answer the phone in accordance with hotel standards.
• Represent The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride, always upholding the principles, goals and policies of The Beverly Hills Hotel Pledge.
