These new outlets will showcase a variety of culinary concepts and elevated cocktail moments enhanced by live entertainment. Join a historic legacy and lead the first major transformation of The Beverly Hills Hotel since the 1940s. As a part of this landmark expansion, you will help to bring these captivating new outlets to life. This rare opportunity invites you to bring fresh, modern flair to the "Pink Palace," blending the hotel’s timeless heritage with forward momentum to maintain its enduring relevancy and set a new benchmark in luxury hospitality.

Requirements

English is the primary language used in our hotel. Our Servers must feel comfortable communicating in this language.
Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
Attention to detail is critical for our Servers.
Servers are our biggest champions of working together.
Flexibility from everyone on the team is required as hotels operate nonstop.
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Frequently required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours.
Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Employees are required to work varying schedules, including holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.

Responsibilities

Servers maintain an impeccable café floor, greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food, coffee, cocktails and afternoon tea service with care and precision.
Responding to guest requests.
Participating in pre-shift briefings to ensure every guest receives nothing but the best experience.
Delivering each coffee, afternoon tea, or evening cocktail with warmth and attentiveness.
Catching what others miss, addressing it quickly, and working with the team to keep the café running at its best.
Sharing knowledge of the menu, including food allergies, from all-day dining to the afternoon tea program, cocktails and wine list, making every guest feel well taken care of.
Representing the Lobby Café and The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride, always upholding the principles, goals and policies of The Beverly Hills Hotel Pledge.
