Requirements

- English is the primary language used in our hotel. Our Barbacks must feel comfortable communicating in this language.
- You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- Attention to detail is critical for this role.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring our guests have an excellent bar experience throughout their visit.
- Assisting with all guest and service requests.
- Upholding our service standards at all times.
- Ensuring the bar is fully stocked at all times, including glassware, wine, beer, soda, water, juices, ice and garnishes.
- Assisting with weekly inventory, keeping track of what is needed and helping to put inventory away upon delivery.
- Cultivating relationships with our guests, including recognizing in-house and MLA guests.
- Ensuring every guest receives nothing but the best experience.
- Assisting with special guest requests involving dietary restrictions, drink and garnish preferences, and special occasions.
- Preventing and correcting imperfections and blemishes.
- Reporting imperfections and working with other positions to correct them.
- Maintaining open communication with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment across the board.
- Representing The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride, always upholding the principles, goals and policies of The Beverly Hills Hotel Pledge.
