About The Position

Join Team LEGO and help serve up smiles every day! This role involves preparing and serving food and beverages while delivering friendly, engaging guest service. You will interact with guests and families to make every visit fun and welcoming. This position requires following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, restocking supplies, maintaining displays, managing lines, and keeping work areas organized. You will also support fellow Hosts, assist with daily operations, and help create a positive atmosphere. Additionally, you will support opening and closing procedures to keep the attraction running smoothly.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus.
• Comfortable talking with guests, listening, helping, and creating positive interactions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team while bringing great energy every day.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that may include loud noises and confined spaces.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a passion for helping guests create unforgettable memories.
