These new outlets will showcase a variety of culinary concepts and elevated cocktail moments enhanced by live entertainment. Requirements
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. Our Busser/Runners must feel comfortable communicating in this language.
- Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- Attention to detail is critical for this role.
- Flexibility from everyone on the team, as hotels operate nonstop.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining clean, fully stocked, guest-ready tables and service stations, ensuring that glassware, silverware, linens, condiments and ice always meet the standard of the space across both the Lobby Café and Hotel Bar.
- Working closely alongside servers and bartenders, assisting with the running of food and beverages, clearing with precision and timing, and ensuring the flow of service remains seamless across both outlets.
- Supporting the team in handling guest requests with attentiveness and care, including dietary restrictions, drink preferences, and special occasion needs.
- Reporting any imperfections in the Lobby Café and Hotel Bar and working with several other positions to correct them swiftly.
- Staying closely connected with both outlet teams and the extended hotel team to ensure seamless alignment across the board.
- Representing The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride, always upholding the principles, goals and policies of The Beverly Hills Hotel Pledge.
