About The Position

The Steward/Dishwasher at Conrad Orlando keeps kitchen and dining areas clean while helping deliver memorable guest experiences. The role includes cleaning serviceware and cooking equipment, maintaining organized supplies, performing kitchen cleaning tasks, preparing serviceware for banquets and functions, and supporting the training of new stewards. Responsibilities

• Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils; scrub pots and pans; and burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels and keep supplies and equipment well stocked and organized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by performing tasks such as mopping and trash removal.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor new stewards.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
