About The Position

The Stewarding Supervisor oversees the stewarding team during shifts at Conrad Orlando, helping deliver memorable guest experiences. The role supervises back-of-house operations and staff, maintains cleanliness and sanitation, supports inventory and equipment needs, contributes to team performance and development, monitors cost and performance metrics, collaborates with food and beverage teams, and ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary staff to ensure timely transport and cleaning of utensils and serviceware for restaurant and banquet operations.
• Oversee cleaning and organization of back-of-house spaces to maintain sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper inventory levels, manage equipment storage and distribution, and coordinate timely delivery of food and equipment for functions.
• Assist with day-to-day team oversight, shift scheduling, coaching and professional development, evaluations, and recognition of achievements.
• Track breakage and loss reports, update operating manuals, and assist with monthly inventories to support cost controls and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and restaurant teams to support seamless service and assist team members as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to support guest and team member wellbeing.
