About The Position

First Chicago Insurance Company is seeking a State Marketing Manager located in Kentucky to support the growth of Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance for First Chicago Insurance Company and United Security Health and Casualty Insurance Company. The role focuses on developing the assigned territory and achieving or exceeding new business and revenue production targets across each line of business. The position is remote, with territory travel required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
Property and Casualty experience.
At least three years of Personal Lines/Property & Casualty Insurance Sales or Marketing experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines and a thorough understanding of large agency and broker dynamics.
Superior sales skills and a proven record of influencing others.
Strong computer skills to understand and sell the company’s products.
Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
Computer literacy and a good understanding of the Internet and agency management systems.
Valid driver’s license, reliable insured transportation, and a good driving record.
Must be located in Kentucky.

Territory Manager carrier experience with existing producer relationships.

Responsibilities

Drive profitable growth and new business development with independent insurance agencies.
Develop new prospects and identify emerging distribution opportunities within the territory.
Develop sales and marketing plans with agency partners, including sales commitments and specified timelines.
Conduct agency consultations by analyzing sales data.
Serve as a liaison between agencies and the company.
Analyze and assess sales results within the assigned territory.
Share responsibility for planning annual objectives for each agency, measuring and monitoring results, and exceeding annual sales territory objectives.
Assist with other projects as needed.
