About The Position

Warrior Insurance Network (WIN) and United Security Health and Casualty Insurance Company are seeking a State Marketing Manager located in West Virginia. The role is responsible for the overall growth of Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance and for developing the assigned territory to achieve and exceed new-item and revenue production targets in each line of business. The position is 100% remote, with territory travel required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
Property & Casualty experience.
At least three years of Personal Lines/Property & Casualty Insurance Sales or Marketing experience.
Superior sales skills and a proven record of influencing others.
Strong computer skills to understand and sell the company's products.
Well-developed and demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
Computer literacy, including a good understanding of the Internet and agency management systems.
Valid driver's license, reliable insured transportation, and a good driving record.
Must be located in West Virginia.

Territory Manager carrier experience with existing producer relationships.

Responsibilities

Drive profitable growth and achieve new-business development goals with Independent Insurance Agencies.
Develop new prospects and identify emerging distribution opportunities in the territory.
Develop sales and marketing plans with agency partners, including sales commitments within specified timeframes.
Conduct agency consultations by analyzing specific sales data.
Serve as a liaison between agencies and the company.
Analyze and assess sales results within the assigned territory.
Share responsibility for planning annual objectives for each agency, measuring and monitoring results, and exceeding annual sales territory objectives.
Assist with other projects as needed.
