About The Position

The Revenue Integrity Division in the Revenue Integrity & Intelligence Bureau (RIIB) is looking to hire a State Administrative Manager for the Contact Center Support Section. This role oversees the setting of priorities, development of tactical plans, scheduling of assignments, and direction of daily operations to ensure high-quality support is delivered to the Revenue Services bureaus in alignment with business needs. The position ensures that critical contact center processes, tools, and technologies are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved throughout Revenue Services operations. It plays a key role in optimizing standardized functionality within a future tiered operations structure, ensuring that business area needs are met consistently and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
  • Professional experience is only considered post bachelor's degree.
  • Must relocate to Michigan to perform the duties of this position prior to being appointed.
  • Must have a safe and appropriate designated workspace or workstation for performance of work and secure and sufficient internet access of commercial cable or wireless broadband with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

  • Education level typically acquired through completion of high school and two years of safety and regulatory or law enforcement experience at the 14 level; or, one year of safety and regulatory or law enforcement experience at the 15 level, may be substituted for the education and experience requirements.
