This role oversees the setting of priorities, development of tactical plans, scheduling of assignments, and direction of daily operations to ensure high-quality support is delivered to the Revenue Services bureaus in alignment with business needs. The position ensures that critical contact center processes, tools, and technologies are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved throughout Revenue Services operations. It plays a key role in optimizing standardized functionality within a future tiered operations structure, ensuring that business area needs are met consistently and efficiently.
