About The Position

The Barista is the foundation of the café and is responsible for honoring every customer by providing excellent customer service and a high-quality product. The role requires a professional, positive attitude to encourage customers to return. The position is part-time and hourly at The Rally Hotel in McGregor Square, Denver.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to hear timers and coordinate with other baristas.
• Must be able to check food quality and read production charts and recipes.
• Must be able to use a cash register and collect money accurately.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift product cases weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to push and pull carts and regularly bend to lift items and supplies.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a customer service role is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop enthusiastically satisfied customers.
