About The Position

The Starbucks Barista is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Starbucks kiosk, including cash handling, knowledge of ordering and scheduling processes, suggestive selling, promoting positive customer relations, assisting with customer service, and following standards, policies, and procedures. Primary duties include preparing drinks and ensuring they are presented attractively, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness to meet health department standards, inspecting the unit for safety and security, completing paperwork, and opening and closing the unit as required. Other duties may be assigned or required.

The position requires availability to be scheduled 20–30 hours per week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs. Previous barista experience is preferred, but training will be provided. The employer describes Buehler’s Fresh Foods as an employee-owned chain of 13 grocery stores in northeast Ohio, focused on quality and customer care.

Requirements

Responsibilities
