Recruiter manages the end-to-end recruitment process to fill job openings, which includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the offer and onboarding processes. Key responsibilities involve developing recruitment strategies using social media and job boards, maintaining applicant tracking records, ensuring legal compliance, and building a strong talent pipeline. The goal is to quickly find and place qualified candidates while providing a positive experience for both the client company and potential employees.

Requirements

• Previous Recruiting experience required
• Organizational Skills: To effectively manage multiple recruitment processes and maintain detailed records.
• Interpersonal Skills: To build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and hiring managers.
• Communication Skills: For writing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and preparing reports.
• Strategic Thinking: To develop effective recruitment strategies for different roles and industries.
• Technical Proficiency: With applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media, and other recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional events, and community outreach.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand job specifications, qualifications, and staffing needs.
• Manage the entire candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensure legal compliance, and prepare reports on recruitment progress.
• Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
