Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent
Two (2) to four (4) years supervisory experience
Experience in Business Operations
Experience in Communications
Knowledge of manpower planning, scheduling, methods and techniques
Familiarity with computer
One to two years’ experience
Intermediate computer ability
Proficiency in MOX, Outlook, Word, Excel, and ATSS

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred
Equivalent of two (2) years of Business College preferred

Responsibilities

Handles all aspects related to employee time records prior to timecard processing (e.g., sick calls, filling open shifts, sign ups and daily schedule reconciliation).
Functions as the central communication source regarding staffing and scheduling issues.
Responsible for overall coordination of department staffing and scheduling in line with budget and patient needs.
Responsible for tracking and generating reports for Department Managers.
Practices with a Customer Service approach to all activities.
Successfully manages multiple projects and responsibilities.
Performs other work related duties as assigned or requested.
Coordinates schedules for assigned staff according to needs identified by manager.
Maintains and troubleshoots for computerized scheduling system.
Codes and enters data into computer using standard procedures and established time schedule.
Provides direction to constant observer staff.
Provides training and support to end-users.
