About The Position

Accurate Personnel is hiring a Seasonal Staffing Coordinator for its Roseville and Rancho Cordova, California offices. The coordinator administers client-specific onboarding processes, supports staffing needs, and cultivates a positive work environment. The role is seasonal and is expected to run until February, with a potential opportunity for a full-time role afterward. The schedule is daytime, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with seasonal overtime. Pay is $18–$20 per hour or more depending on experience, paid weekly, with bonus earning potential.

Requirements

Ideally, at least one year of administrative or staffing experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Facilitate client-specific processes and requests, such as orientations.
Understand client needs to ensure a prepared candidate pool.
Cultivate a positive working environment.
Correspond with payroll and management regarding reporting and submittals.
Communicate staffing needs and issues between onsite teams and the branch.
Act as the first level of conflict resolution for walk-ins.
Ensure that both the client and Accurate comply with employment and safety regulations.
