About The Position

Checkr is seeking a highly experienced Workday specialist to own and advance its Workday platform end to end. The role sits at the center of the people systems landscape and is responsible for Workday configuration, business process design, integrations, reporting, and adoption of Workday AI and automation capabilities. The role also involves stakeholder partnership, vendor and implementation-partner management, and project delivery and adoption. The position offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment, learning and development allowance, competitive cash and equity compensation, opportunity for advancement, medical, dental, and vision coverage, reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning services, flexible PTO, and a monthly wellness stipend. Checkr expects employees to work from a hub office at least three days per week; in-office perks include meals, a commuter stipend, and snacks and beverages.
