About The Position
The (USA) Staff, Software Engineer plays a critical role in delivering scalable platform capabilities and driving the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. This position leads technical execution aligned with strategic roadmaps, applies cloud-native architecture principles, and integrates AI/ML solutions to enhance platform functionality. The role involves mentoring engineers, influencing architectural decisions, and collaborating across teams to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions. Commitment to engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and effective communication is essential to support business objectives and innovation. Immigration Sponsorship support will NOT be available for this position. The team delivers reliable software solutions by integrating expertise in software development, DevOps, and solution design. Collaborating closely, members analyze requirements, design scalable architectures, and implement maintainable code using technologies like Spring Boot. Emphasizing quality through thorough testing and continuous integration, the team manages application maintenance, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to meet business and technical objectives. Requirements
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
- Strong experience in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++.
- Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
- Skilled in DevOps engineering practices to enhance platform capabilities and developer productivity.
- Experience applying data-driven decision making to optimize engineering processes and outcomes.
- Ability to conduct design reviews and remedial actions to uphold engineering excellence and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
