About The Position

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is hiring a staff registered nurse for its Emergency Department. This weekend, mid-shift position is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The staff nurse provides holistic, patient-centered nursing care to patients throughout the lifecycle, using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The nurse works within the organization’s policies and procedures, maintains professional growth and accountability, upholds standards of practice, and coordinates assigned staff’s patient-care activities to support quality nursing care.

Requirements

• Graduation from a nursing program.
• Current Georgia registered nurse license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, obtained through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

• Previous critical care experience.
