RN - ED , Weekend, Mid-Shift
About The Position
The Staff RN provides holistic, patient-centered nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle. The nurse uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; works within organizational policies and procedures; and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The role maintains standards of practice and coordinates assigned staff’s patient-care activities to provide quality nursing care. This position is in the Emergency Department at Piedmont Fayette Hospital and is described as a weekend mid-shift, 11 a.m.–11 p.m. Experienced candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.
Requirements
- Graduation from a nursing program.
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- BLS and ACLS certifications must be obtained through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

- Previous critical care experience preferred.
