Conducts product and feature analytics with minimal guidance; monitors, collects, and structures data; evaluates results; supports the identification and application of tools and techniques; and assists in planning, designing, and implementing exploratory data analysis. Communicates effectively in stakeholder meetings involving multiple teams; conveys complex information and addresses ambiguity to support robust technology development; influences team members and stakeholders with sound recommendations; prepares clear, concise, and logically structured materials; seeks and provides constructive feedback; anticipates needs and responds appropriately. Demonstrates awareness of domain-specific methodologies, tools, processes, products, and market standards; compares the maturity of products, services, and processes across subdomains; identifies areas of innovation and shares potential improvements with leadership; drives innovation initiatives; and recommends new processes, automation opportunities, and ways of working across subdomains.
