Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical product management experience, including leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Comfortable spending significant time directly with customers or end users, and treats that time as core product work, not a distraction from it.
  • Track record of helping take a product from point solution toward platform — or contributing to a platform, integration, or data-surface product.
  • Exceptional ability to translate customer needs into strategic product direction and to sequence an ambitious vision into fundable steps.
  • Deep expertise in prioritization frameworks and product decision-making under uncertainty.
  • Strong technical acumen, including system architecture, integrations/APIs, and data platforms.
  • Ability to influence at all levels, including leadership, and to align teams on strategy, decisions, and trade-offs.
  • Experience mentoring and developing other product managers.
  • Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex ideas to audiences from the floor to the boardroom, in an all-remote setting.
  • Shares our company values: Collaboration, Transparency, Operational Excellence, Ownership, & Empathy.

Nice To Haves

  • Domain experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, industrial, or energy systems.
  • Experience with forward-deployed or services-led motions and turning them into platform revenue.
  • Familiarity with operational systems in this space, such as BMS/EPMS, CMMS, DCIM, or ITSM.
  • Experience productizing agentic AI or autonomous/closed-loop control.
  • Experience designing layered or usage-based B2B pricing, and familiarity with B2B sales and go-to-market.
  • Startup or high-growth experience with distributed/global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CPO to develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap that establishes Prism as the agentic operating platform for the data center — spanning diagnostics, triage, and the broader intelligence layer operators and executives depend on.
  • Translate the platform vision into a sequenced, fundable roadmap, and drive it to delivery across teams.
  • Regularly visit and join calls with customers to see Prism in production and hear unfiltered feedback, not just what's escalated.
  • Translate floor-level customer pain into clear, high-quality product requirements, keeping teams close to real operator context.
  • Help drive expansion along two axes — connecting more of the data center’s operational and business systems, and advancing our insight & recommendations and supervised & autonomous control offerings.
  • Lead the delivery of key integrations that connect new systems into Prism, closing the loop from detection to diagnosis to action.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to sequence and ship the platform capabilities that make broader, safer autonomy possible.
  • Support the expansion of Prism’s user base beyond the operations floor to new personas and buyers, including facilities and infrastructure leadership at hyperscale and neocloud operators, and partner with go-to-market and Finance on packaging and pricing.
  • Establish frameworks for prioritization, discovery, and risk mitigation; build high-quality product artifacts; coach and mentor other PMs, and help raise the standard for product practice — frameworks, artifacts, discovery rigor — across the team, not just within your own initiatives.
  • Own the metrics that define success in this role, including adoption across new systems and personas, progress along the insight-to-autonomy axis, and expansion revenue, and use them to guide prioritization and roadmap trade-offs.
  • Deeply understand the product architecture and participate actively in technical planning, so the strategy stays grounded in what the platform can actually do.
  • Help ensure alignment across teams by clearly communicating strategy, decisions, and trade-offs.
