About The Position

Fetch is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of its new outcome-based advertising platform. This is a 0-to-1 effort to build an AI-native next-generation ad manager that reimagines how advertisers buy, manage, and measure campaigns on Fetch. The role owns the end-to-end Ad Manager experience and related business decisions, including which ad formats to support or deprecate, how to present and bundle formats, and how to design an AI-first ad-buying and setup experience. Areas of focus include campaign creation, reporting, product catalog, billing, and creative generation and management. The Staff Product Manager will set and communicate a year-long strategy to executives while working through the details of Fetch’s advertising systems. The role includes building the operational foundation for advertisers to transact at scale, serving internal stakeholders through integrations with systems of record, and migrating large advertisers from existing systems. The position partners with Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, Data, and other business teams, and mentors two Product Managers responsible for integrations and core ad-buying capabilities. This is a full-time role that can be based at one of Fetch’s US offices or worked remotely from within the United States.

  • Proven ability to lead through influence and align Engineering, Finance, Sales, Sales Ops, Data, and executive stakeholders around a clear product strategy.
  • Ability to raise the bar for other Product Managers.
  • Strong product judgment and ownership; ability to thrive in ambiguity, drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution, and attend to details to deliver exceptional user experiences.
