Requirements

  • 10 or more years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of consumer-facing mobile and/or web surfaces at scale.
  • Demonstrated experience with discovery, browsing, search, or shopping experiences; marketplace or catalog-heavy product experience is relevant.
  • Strong user experience instincts and a track record of close collaboration with Design teams.
  • Comfort with frontend product systems, including component libraries, server-driven UI, and feature flags, and ability to partner effectively with frontend engineers.
  • Experience running A/B experiments, defining metrics, and making data-informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to influence Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders across a complex organization.
  • Proven ability to manage a large roadmap across multiple surfaces simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for the consumer discovery and shopping experience across the home screen, search, menu, swimlanes, collections, product tiles and details, cart, checkout, and core UI components.
  • Define a coherent discovery experience across web and mobile that accommodates catalog complexity and evolving user needs.
  • Manage a broad set of surfaces and competing priorities while maintaining product coherence and momentum.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to build, iterate on, and launch consumer features that improve how eaters find and choose meals.
  • Own the product layer of CookUnity’s server-driven UI system, balancing merchandising flexibility with a high-quality eater experience.
  • Drive experimentation across discovery surfaces and establish rigorous metric frameworks.
  • Partner with Design to reduce friction, build user confidence, and create intuitive experiences across entry points.
  • Own the quality and consistency of shared UI components, including loading states, error screens, coachmarks, and modals.
  • Maintain strong mobile and web parity while allowing for platform-native patterns where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager, Personalization & AI on decisions connecting surface design with personalization and AI capabilities.
  • Translate personalization and AI capabilities into frontend experiences that make those capabilities visible and useful to eaters.
  • Make clear decisions about product surfaces when upstream inputs are probabilistic, evolving, or contested.
  • Improve conversion across browse surfaces, reduce checkout abandonment and cart-to-order friction, and increase funnel conversion and contribution to weekly order frequency while reducing subscriber churn.
  • Communicate and influence effectively across Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders, and manage a large roadmap across multiple surfaces.
