Staff Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer

Anaconda, Inc.
•$140,000 - $200,000•Remote

About The Position

Anaconda is seeking a senior individual contributor to lead technical evaluations for its largest and most complex US enterprise deals. The role owns the technical win from discovery and solution design through proof-of-concept and technical close, demonstrating how Anaconda’s products work together to help enterprises adopt AI at scale through a vendor-neutral approach. The engineer builds solutions, prototypes, integrations, agentic demos, demo environments, evaluation plans, competitive positioning, and reusable playbooks that can be adopted by the wider go-to-market team. The position partners with sales leadership on deal strategy, engages senior technical and business buyers, and brings customer and competitive insights to product, engineering, and marketing teams. It also involves sharing effective practices with other sales engineers, supporting customer handoffs to post-sales teams, and setting a standard for responsible use of AI in pre-sales. Success is measured by technical win rates, deal expansion, sales-cycle velocity, adoption of created assets, product and go-to-market improvements, and the quality of customer handoffs. This is a fully remote role for a candidate based in the United States, with travel to customer sites and company events as needed. The role offers flexible hours. The US base salary range is $140,000–$200,000, plus variable commission based on sales performance, equity, and benefits. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis; the stated application deadline is 12/27/2026.
