Staff Nurse - Cardiac Renal

About The Position
Within the context of the Hennepin Healthcare System Patient and Family Centered Care model, and under general supervision, the Registered Nurse provides and coordinates nursing care. The position is in the Cardiac Renal department and works a night shift, with an every-other-weekend rotation. The schedule is 0.8 FTE (64 hours per pay period), consisting of eight shifts per pay period, with each shift lasting eight hours.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license issued by the State of Minnesota
Nice To Haves
- Certification in the area of clinical specialty
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree (BSN) is preferred and strongly encouraged; advancement in academic education will be discussed as part of individual professional development during the annual performance review
