Staff Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Renal

About The Position
Within the context of the Hennepin Healthcare System Patient and Family Centered Care model, and under general supervision, the registered nurse provides and coordinates nursing care. The position is in the Cardiac Renal department and is scheduled for 0.8 FTE (64 hours per pay period), with eight shifts per pay period. Shifts are eight hours and span days and evenings, with an every-other-weekend rotation.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Possession of a valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Minnesota.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in the area of clinical specialty.
- A BSN is preferred. A Bachelor of Nursing degree is strongly encouraged; advancement in academic education will be discussed as part of individual professional development during the annual performance review.
