Professional growth includes sharing and gaining knowledge and participating in continuing education and research. The role is within a hospital-based hemodialysis program that provides inpatient and outpatient dialysis services, including bedside treatments. Current hemodialysis experience is required. An opportunity to cross to 12-hour day shifts is available; those shifts include rotating weekends and holidays, plus call.
