Staff Nurse (11p-7a) Full-Time/Part-Time
About The Position
QSL Management is seeking a Staff Nurse for The Blake at Panama City Beach. The role provides medical treatment and medication administration in an assisted living setting, delivers care and service to residents, and supports their memory and performance improvement programs. The nurse works independently with minimal direct supervision and collaboratively with a team, and serves as charge nurse for personal assistants on shift under the direction of the Wellness Leadership team. The position is listed as full-time/part-time and has an 11 p.m.–7 a.m. shift. The stated salary is $26.50–$29.00.
Requirements
- Have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
- Hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state.
- Be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Assisted living or long-term care experience.
- Current First Aid certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical treatment and administer medication according to physician orders and within applicable board and state regulations for assisted living.
- Provide care and service to residents while remaining flexible and adapting to change.
- Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
- Work independently with minimal direct supervision and as part of a team to make decisions, organize and prioritize tasks, document clearly, and follow through on assignments.
- Serve as charge nurse on shift for personal assistants under the direction of the Wellness Leadership team.
